COMPUTER OR OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES REPAIR/SERVICE AGREEMENT

DISCLAIMER CLAUSE

Computer or other electronic devices service/repairs are provided as a service (including supply of material, wherever required). There may be circumstances under which your computer or other devices cannot be repaired due to various factors. It will have to be rebuilt or upgraded as per the requirement. (Examples: Age of PC or hardware failure repair/replacement parts obsolete (memory chips, motherboards, processors etc.)

Amacson Tech®, cannot guarantee the restoration or preservation of all data or software during the repair/service process. It is the client's responsibility to back up all data before handing over the device for repair/service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Amacson Tech® is responsible to perform and provide highest quality of computer or other electronic devices services, repairs, upgrades and support, as requested by the customer, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.

In the case of accidental damage of customer’s device or data loss caused by already existing problems in your devices such as viruses, bad configured software, or hardware problems/failures - You cannot hold “Amacson Tech®” and any person(s) associated with Amacson Tech® or involved in the work being done for you, responsible for such consequences. It is customer’s responsibility to backups your data. Amacson Tech® will not be responsible for data loss.

SUPPORT & SERVICE GUARANTEE & WARRANTY

Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. All services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable and timely manner. Also, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems.

Free support will be provided for a period of 6 months from the date of completion of service. [New technical issues are not covered in Free Support]

All services and repairs are guaranteed for 6 months from the completion / acceptance date on the Service Order. Any parts or IC’s replaced and the new parts or IC’s which are to be replaced will be charged.

Amacson Tech® offers warranty as provided by the respective manufacturers of the products.

*Conditions apply as per manufacturers/nature of faults

BILLING AND PAYMENT TERMS:

• An estimate of cost for work will be provided before performing services/repairs. Estimates are subject to variations. In case of deviation in estimate, further execution of service will be done upon approval thereof.
• Invoice will be raised for the services offered on completion of service.
• Full payment is due upon raising of invoice.
• Computer or Laptop parts, hardware, or/and software that are ordered or special ordered must be paid in advance.
• Amacson Tech® accepts consideration in cash, bank transfers & UPI Transfers.

EXECUTION:

• Preliminary enquiries will be made to evaluate the problems associated with computer or other electronic devices before starting the execution of service.
• Service will be executed within the agreed & prescribed time period. “Same day laptop repair services*” depending on availability of spare parts and IC’s.
• “Free diagnostic**” however chargeable if any spare parts or IC’s used for diagnosis.
• Customers are requested to wait until the service gets completed without any interruptions to the technicians.
• Once Computer is repaired, the customer is requested to collect within 30 days without fail.

RELEVANT ACTS

Amacson Tech® is committed to adhere the relevant provisions of The Information Technology Act 2000 in drafting of this agreement and execution of services to its customers.

UNDERTAKINGS BY CUSTOMER

• I understand that in the process of working on my devices, there is a potential for data loss.
• I agree that I have made the necessary backups of my data so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored.
• I agree that Amacson Tech® will not be responsible for any data loss.
• I authorize the technician(s) providing the service or repair to install anti-virus and any other necessary software or IC’s on my device to perform required services. (Temporary software installed will be deleted / uninstalled upon completion of the service.)
